My Running Journey
Just over 6 months ago, I started running and trained for a Marathon. Prior to that I never truly considered myself as a runner. I ran a 5k and a mudrun in 2017, I enjoyed the process but never got into it completely. I was curious when someone ran 26.2 miles, hence I wanted to experience the journey by myself and finish a marathon. I started training for a marathon in 2018 but could not succeed. Later in 2019, I joined a like minded runners group, Post which I can now proudly call myself a marathon runner with a a finisher medal #bmwmarathonfinisher.
As my training progressed, I became more disciplined. Completed my first Marathon on Dec 14th 2019. This accomplishment empowered me to excel into the world of running.
